I was playing the prince of persia remake, and about an hour in I realized there was no way to actually die. If i fell, I would be instantly saved. If my health got too low during combat, I would again be saved by my partner with no penalty... I didn't even need to restart the fight! Even after this realization i still enjoyed the game, but I have to admit, removing the element of danger seemed to make my gaming experience slightly less enjoyable...
I realize this is an extreme example, but in general do you find games are becoming too easy?
