It's great that they gave XBLA and XBLIG an own page and made them more accessible. Internet Explorer is nice, too.
I don't know if they did a good job with these "Recommendation" tiles. "We recommed this game, because you tried out a trial of a completely different game many years ago" ....
+1 for Shadow Complex. Just Awesome. As well as a bunch of other XBLA titles (section "Arcade"). Be sure to check out XBLIG (section "Indie"), too! It has a bad reputation because it's covered in low-qualtiy stuff. But that doesn't mean you won't find good stuff there. Just sort on top rating and/or top downloads. Next to some (yeah, a little too much) well done Minecraft clones/spin-offs, there's plenty of nice RPGs and Platformers. You get most of the indie games for just a buck.
I found Monday Night Combat was a brilliant online shooter. It's such a pity that they didn't manage to balance out the teams right, or make some kind of lobby. Other than that, I'm pretty sure Halo 4 will be a great experience.
If you don't wanna pay full prize, try Crysis 2, which is available on demand for just $20. It has a rather interesting approach to multiplayer shooting, where you can gain XP during battles and use them to improve on your custom-built class, and it's a great game on its own.
