before i was on it all i was on protien and creatiene and test boosters and imo i think they are a waste of money i think real food is the best for you peanut butter is good and eggs i usually eat some food before i lift so i get energy and after and if ur going jsut 2 days i suggest lifting heavy and less reps and sets that will put on some size it did for me but if u want the best tasting protien id say its syntha 6 by bsn its pretty much protien like 30 something grams and got some carbs and fat too

i dont believe any of this guys story but im a lancer enthusiast too and they did make some LHD evos modles in 99 i think is was the rs and the rs-2 's try youtubing a vid they might have some up or google

Do you remember when that Aloha flight had it's roof ripped off in mid-flight and a flight attendant got sucked out? I believe it was in route from Maui to O'ahu, and it turned back. It was in 86 or so.
lol dude 86 i wasn't even born yet but my uncle was flying for aloha then ,then he went hawaiian now hes at southwest
