Im okay with having an activation, registration, or something like needing an internet connection to confirm that it is a legitimate copy. What I DO NOT want is the restriction to only install 2 to 3 times and then my game is no longer valid or for my game to be constantly online. I payed for this game if I want to visit my parent one summer then yes I will take a few favorite game and install them in their PC and if I want to upgrade then that is already two used up installs. I also believe that the publishers or developers should be entirely responsible for technical support with what is installed with their software and NOT refer us to a third party that sucks in customer support or deny any problems. Most of us have windows and that has to be verified or activated so are we to stop using it? I just want to be told up front and to be able to remove all drives when the game is un-installed without a problem and for those same drive to be stopped entirely from using up resources when the game in not currently being played. Much work needs to be done but I have to admit I'm very much more likely to purchase a game that does not have DRM just to avoid any headaches.

DX10 is a big letdown at least with this game....until I see something actually improve in looks and in performance. I think I'l stick to Win XP and DX9 much longer.

All I know is that my bro paid about $450 for his 360, I paid $550 to custum build my PC from the ground up. My PC can both plug into my monitor or my widescreen HDTV as well as dobly 7.1 surround sound. Side by side w/ a little more money My PC kicks my bro's 360's butt in graphics and frame rate!!!!! I even bought a 360 control pad compatable for the PC!! But a wireless mouse and keyboard offer more flexability when playing. :D hehehe
