I tried to argue my way out of paying the £70 charge to get your RROD fixed, explaining that this has happened FIVE TIMES and i'm not paying to have it fixed when it could easily just happen again. No dice. So i asked to be transferred to someone who could close my xbox live gold account for me and explained that i'd never purchase an xbox product again.
All they had to do was fix my damned machine, but they'd rather lose your business for the rest of your life. :?
