The story isn't short for me cuz I haven't even beat the game yet. I'm about 60% through it with 20-30 hrs played. I never understood why people rush through a games.
Condemned is a good example that used clever AI and was creative it had me sppoked and surprised at the things they did such as turning off the lights before you get to an area, run and hide and take alternate routes, and ect. Why cant AI be more like that......
I have owned a playstation, dreamcast, xbox, gamecube, and now I own a 360. Over the years I've seen graphics improve and.....that's about it. Sure games now are good and some of them are great but A.I. isn't. When you have difficulty levels, such as easy and hard, the difference shouldn't be on easy it takes 5 hits to die and hard it takes 3. The A.I. should get smarter on harder levels or they could have improve A.I. for boss battles. For now, I have no problem with online being the main source of competition because there's no substitute for playing against a human. With the power of the 360 and ps3 I'm sure some aspects should get better??
I love to talk trash to get into people's head. It's funny to me to piss off people across the world over a video game.
I like the driving and story. I wish you coudl save number and introduce friends to each other. The multilayer is where I was let down. It felt broken to me. If there's too many people in a match you end up in "limbo" which is that loading scene before a match starts. There's no party or match making system either. They also could've added two-player side missions. One person is niko and the other could be badman or little jacob or packie. It add a little more story and gameplay to the game.

Banjo 1 and 2 core gameplay mechanics (we'll call this "a") = what lots of people wanted from Banjo 3, that was Banjo 1 and 2 trademark fun factor.
Rare's new "The core gameplay mechanic - and the method by which worlds are traversed, challenges tackled and progress made - is the creation and customisation of vehicles" (and this will be "b") = what lots of people are getting instead of the core original fun stuff.
so knowing those to things all we have to do is setup the formula:
(a) - Banjo 3 + (b) = BOO!

Banjo 3 - (a) + (b) = nuts and bolts.
