Hey, I was not planning on buying BioShock but everyone is telling me it is good. Very good. So can you tell me what you guys think of the game or rate it out of 10?

No they're not, only 1 of those is available on PC.

Games For Windows LIVE the Live is referring to Xbox Live. Where some games can be cross playable online. Though a windows computer and a Xbox. Microsoft is the PC and Xbox so thats why it is a exclusive. Don't tell me its not because I don't see them coming to PS3 or Wii. Thats why the online interface resembles a Xbox Dashboard.

There on PC because Microsoft wanted to expand there audience to the PC market. PC and Xbox don't compete. And do you see any of those games coming to PS3 anytime soon No.
