For someone who got an early review code I can also vouch it's a good game. I don't even like strategy titles but it's so fun and charming that it makes me want to play more.

Loved your review but I have to point out something: Survival Horror games were never always being defenseless. All the classic RE and SH games had a strong emphasis on combat using weapons. It was more about survival and being put in tense situations. Only recently with games like Amnesia has this become a sort of fad to run and hide from your enemies.

Two fixes: Skyward Sword came out last year (2011) and it came out on the Wii. Moving on, I think this rumor seems like a fanboy's dream but who knows. Whatever it is I just hope they don't use motion controls or at the very least give us the option to play with a controller.

I think most of sales came from Pre-Orders. By the time the reviews came in, many have already got their hands on it.I know my friend fell into this trap and was seriously disappointed by it.

I totally agree with you. AC2 really nailed it by giving me a near perfect balance of gameplay and story telling. The last two installments seemed to focus mainly on gameplay making it feel over-redundant and even boring, at times.
