@BlindHorse @kryten212 That's a really bad example, if you buy a game on PC and then switch to Linux or Mac u have to buy the game again at full price. So this is in fact a generous thing Sony is doing.

@benz1980i It's been like that for almost every console. You couldn't use ps2 controller on ps3, you couldn't use n64 controller on gamecube, original xbox controller doesn't work for xbox 360. The only exception to the rule that i can think of is that you can use the gamecube controller for wii.
