Dead Space looks like the scariest game coming out this year, but I'm excited about Left 4 Dead.

I have a couple questions. First, i have done all ten of the most wanted side missions on the police computer why havent i unlocked the achievement? Second, has anyone else found it difficult to join a ranked match with friends? If not how have u done it?
