The car models are close, but GT looks a bit nicer. Cockpit looks nicer also in GT, but I think both have a lot to do with GT's lighting which is loads better than F3's. F3 has the edge on environment however. Also, the cockpit rear mirror looks a lot nicer in F3.
I've played the demo about 15+ times. It's still very fun. This sounds like a game you will either hate or love. I happen to love it and it's def gonna be a purchase for me.
