Wii Has Arrived And It's Great!

So I been playing The Nintendo Wii since Saturday night and I must say it's one of the best gaming experinces I had in a while. Nintendo launching with a game like Zelda is already one of the best starts you can have with a system launching. The system is so simple to use wether it be a game like Zelda or Wii Sports. Everything is so fun to do. I can't wait to see companies going all out on the Wii hardware like they did with the DS. This console is a sign that Nintendo is here and it's now again. I'm sorry , but the pure fun and enjoyment you get out of the system will prove to show the non-gamers what gaming is about and having fun, fast and simple the way gaming should be to any new comers.

I HOPE ANYONE THAT HAS A Wii ENJOY HOPE TO SEE YOU ON MY Mii CHANNEL SOMEDAY.

Nintendo World Store Event Pic/Video of Zelda being played on the Nintendo Wii.

Okay so this is a few pics of my Gf and a video of my Gf playing Nintendo Wii at the Nintendo World Store in Nyc today, for the event they had. I hope you enjoy. Clearly she didn't know what she was doing for the first 2 min which sucks cause you only get 4 min to play. She did tell me she got the hang of it after the video though which also sucks because I don't have video of that. Overall she said it was really fun though and that is what counts.

My Email To Nintendo About the Component Cables.

Thought I would post my email to Nintendo just now.

I was just wondering if Nintendo tries to run their company into the ground. I just heard the latest news from Ign.com about how you plan on marketing the component cables for the Nintendo Wii.

First off for $30.00 can you make things any more overpriced? Second how about some availability in the store for launch day instead of online only. It's like you at Nintendo try to hurt yourself, these cables cost no more then $2.00 to make yet you can't distribute them in a normal matter to buy on the launch day of your console. You at Nintendo are always saying nobody cares about HDTV well guess what people do. If they don't its cause you don't give them the chance to experience it. Those cables are more then just HDTV for some people it's a standard on basically any TV you buy now HDTV or not and just gives a way better picture quality if the game is in HD or Not(Personally my TV looks horrible with regular AV Cables and it's an HDTV). I also been dieing to Play the new Zelda in all its glory in 480p(I wish I could have also had some Gamecube cables , but that was also impossible to get) and now I can't unless I order online and wait for cables to come in which should be in a store in the first place.

I love how a company like Nintendo complains about how these cables don't matter to the majority of people when in reality if you don't give people an option and distribute them the right way of course nobody going to get them cause they are a pain to get.

I swear if I was able to talk to Reggie, Satoru Iwata or any Nintendo Rep that makes these statements and chooses how to market their product I would set a ton of things straight in why these are great to have out in a store in a normal way. You can't expect to be a top company with not having the new standards in technology. Which these inputs have been going into TV’s for I think about 6 years now at least.

Thanks for Taking the Time to Read This

PS. I know this letter probably means nothing to a company, but I needed to put my input being I just really love Nintendo and the Wii and I can't see them make the same mistake twice. I could say the same for online play also which really they need to support and get on the way as soon as possible.

My Wii Pre-Order Story

I left house at 9:50 for a 10:00 opening (I wasn't sure if I wanted to go I was really confused , but I made it in time) if my PSO beta was working in the morning I probably wouldn't have tried my luck , but I guess luckly since the game wouldn't connect to the server I was like whatever I'm going to gamestop.

So driving to Gamestop now finally make it their. I see a line with like 20 somthing people on it & they've been open for a few minutes got there around 10:02. My first reaction is $%#^ , Well since here might as well wait. 5 min later clerk says I have 3 pre-order left so I get all 3 since few people in front me & for a second there I saw another guy there and I was like oh $hit , but luckly he was just their waiting for somone and I was able get last one.

They turned away about 7 people after me , but stupid kid in line took a pre-order sheet and didn't even want a Wii. He was there for some game I really wish I knew what game it was some 14.99 game that is mature rated that his mom had to approve of. Everyone felt bad cause this old lady wanted to pre-order one and they had to turn her away and if this kid spoke up she could've pre-order it.

My Gamestop seemed to have about 30 or more Pre-orders all sold out.
