Well, hypothetically, what would you consider a better buy: a portable PS2 and new games developed for it, or an independent powerhouse of the PSP2 which excludes the PSX2 support?

Even though I'll probably buy a PSP2 someday, anyway I can see a lot of skepticism about it at the same time and I still can't let go of thoughts on how nice it would have been if PSP2 had featured full-fledged PSX2 emulator. Moreover, should Sony come up with a concept of shrinking the PS2 hardware to the size of the PSP2 technology, it would be reasonable enough for me to not give it a second thought to buy a portable variation of the PS2, just like that.

There was an announcement of RE title for the PSP at the last year's E3, I didn't hear anything significant whatsoever about it since then, though. Anyway I hope it will come out eventually, but considering even the best PSP games don't perform very well in sales Capcom might be giving it another thought or maybe they just decided to move exactly this title on the 3DS instead.

pspgo is too controversial, I guess sometimes it feels great to have it, but there are many things I frankly hate about it's overexpensive-downloading-only-based concept. If you are uncertain you gonna love pspgo, - either try borrow-playing it if your friends have it or maybe go for a 3k one instead, after all it's just a redesign and so the way it should be thought of, I think.

From my experience it appears that soft-buttons-keyboard inside your psp unit went broken(water condensation possibly causes glitching) it could be fixed so the cleaning-contact might help, otherwise I'd replace it with a new one., it's a cheap repair, anyway.

Pesonally I have not ever seen 1280x1080 TV's, but it sounds like an invention of the artificial widescreen rip-off that only serves to get some spare cash again. The point is that many games would really shine in true 1920x1080, though maybe I just overexpect that too.

Complete list of games, and their resolutions

Your welcome :P

and 1080p is defined by 1920x1080, anything less IS NOT NATIVE 1080p (GT5p)

navyguy21
it's a real blast. so now I see why games don't look very well upscaled to the fullHD mode...

I've read there are a few available around, but neither I have managed to find any of them in my collection nor I am lucky enough to get the trusted info where such games are listed, so I shall be very grateful to everyone for sharing their experience on the topic, please.

Yeah definetely no go for this one, but it's just interesting that the console seriously exists at all., the taxes there are ridiculously terrible and what could be a reason to ruin the whole videogame industry in Brazil? - I don't know whether other foreign countries where this Zeebo is also going to be launched have similar circumstances, but having read throughout the comments I can gladly write that in the country where I live(russia) the platforms like Zeebo will get no future, the stuff is usually a little overpriced here, but all my complaints would die multiple times in comparison. Though if those Tectoy guys can provide the access to the library of old school games and manage to reduce the price so it costs like 50$ a unit, who knows maybe it would smash some; a friend of mine has a local store, he sells chinese/russian fakes of nes snes genesis etc. and there are many kids here are still playing classic generations platforms so they are still well sold and if Zeebo consoles find this marketplace they can be a successful idea.

[QUOTE="rcktz"]The Zeebo majorly sports previous-gen and classic games, I didn't figure out where else to post it. It is niche-targeted and I'm wondering if someone has such an unusual exotic in their collection. RE4 looks really funny and the price is not that low in comparison, taking into consideration the PS2 or even the "big 3" prices, it's odd that it made the way beyond the concept, as I read that the console was launched. kolkov01
the problem with it is that most of Zeebo's games (including RE4) are really just cellphone games

I've just read that even the PS2 costs like 450$ in Brazil, - I guess it's hard to be a gamer living there; but do you think that the Zeebo is already a fail or it can be said there is a room for the success of such a console in the specific market so it could eventually justify developing of some decent game titles to attract the audience of any serious gamer?
