@indigenous_euphoria: The reason games typically ran better on 360 isn't because of the hardware, but more because of how the ps3 was designed, which used really unfamiliar technology.

Because of that, most third party games were made on Xbox 360 first and then ported to the ps3, as creating games on ps3 first was very difficult to port over to 360 effectively.

That being said, ps3 exclusives had more graphical oomph than 360 exclusives, especially Naughty Dog's games, but in the end Microsoft's best like Halo 4 and Gears: Judgment (which I never bothered playing) still held up pretty well to ps3.

@nini200: Haha, I may have worded that poorly. I got the SNES at the end of the n64 era, so it's been in the house for awhile. But the favorite has to be Yoshi's Island -- favorite Mario game ever -- with Earthbound coming in at a close second (and yes, my copy's legit).

@StrongBlackVine: I doubt the best the Xbox One and ps4 have to offer in terms of graphics are going to be all that different. I wouldn't ever recommend playing Ryse, seeing as the game's pretty derivative and boring, but it stacks up against Killzone impeccably well visually.

@xhawk27: About as many as the Xbox One.

@Murderstyle75: You must be one of the good ones, which isn't the common denominator here. Side note, who still listens to the radio?

@lostrib: My thoughts exactly... Mainly stemming from the January drought of both new consoles, where millions of people are wondering if their half a thousand dollar investment was worth it, and to reassure themselves try to belittle competing console owners.

@Murderstyle75: Well, considering I have both systems, both systems have exclusives the other doesn't. I thought Ryse sucked, but Dead Rising 3 is great fun. And I've seen Ryse and Killzone running on the same television. Both games look outstanding, and if hard pressed I couldn't pick which one looks better.

Xbox One's rumble triggers are awesome. Ps4's controller doesn't need AA batteries.

Xbox One is getting Quantum Break, Halo, Project Spark, etc. Ps4's getting Infamous, the Order, Uncharted, etc.

The systems' hardware is about as close to identical as you can possibly get without being actually identical. Ps4's a little more powerful, but that doesn't mean the Xbox One won't be plenty of fun and have games that look amazing, which it already does, just like the ps4.

Ps4 > Xbox One in some areas, Xbox One > Ps4 in some areas....

Mindless Ps4 fanboys = suck Mindless Xbox One fanboys = suck.

Getting into heated debates that include a remade version of a last-gen third party game like Tomb Raider, which could not matter less, only serves to prove that everyone calling everyone an idiot in this thread is an idiot themselves.

Sounds like wishful thinking more than anything else.

1. They don't have the infrastructure to make this work. You can't even sign on to another person's Wii U as yourself and they're talking about friend recommendations?

2. Big stores are already ahead of this. Best Buy's Gamers Club Unlocked gets you 20% off every single game no matter what, plus sales and markdowns. I can't see Nintendo being able to compete with pricing like that.

If this is from the eShop then the majority of the world is screwed where ISP's have data limits.

The problem with the gamer's club is that you have to spend an outlandish amount of money to become a part of it, and most people don't buy enough games to make it worthwhile.

SNES is by far my favorite before games console (a category that's dictated by systems that came out before I got into video games and purchased later)
