The answer is simple, you just have to do resarch.

If you look at the developer of the game, they mainly made RTS games, and not familiar with the Consoles in any way. Also this is Russian developer, and like Germany, they are more focused on the PC market. Developers simply have no expirience or will to make it on console, doesn't mean it won't release. After the initial PC release, and if it's succefull, they (Publisher Deep Silver) can give it to the other studio to port it on consoles.

It's a normal thing for any industry, right now almost everyone is a gamer (even mobile players), the market grows as developers realize what appeals to the most of the people. For example I remember playing CS or TF2, the whole servers were talking and shitting on each other (just for fun, no offense), and now everybody is just silent. Things change, and you can see those changes miles away, so you can be ready for whatever)))

@warmblur: this decisions come from the top, and I'm pretty sure they had 3 ways: make it authentic (and this will generate self marketing), cut/censor penis from the statue (will also create some sort of buzz, but not like first), don't put naked statues in the game (bad idea). And they choose the best for the game, which is appreciated.

I don't know if it was exactly planned by Ubisoft (especially if you familiar with Ubisoft live service model, in which game also markets itself), but it seems to be a really good traffic boost going towards Assassin's Creed Odyssey right now, it definitely creates initial buzz to new players.

When Origins was released, I remember how they changed few historical facts to not offend people, like one picture of apprentice (who traditionally back in the day was a male person and the real picture shows only boy), but they changed the picture to include male and female apprentices. I mentioned this because some people say that it's offensive that if you play as female character you can climb a penis, but Ubisoft was careful before (being a European company, includes European laws) and probably made this in the game to test their live service.

Probably will be the latest GTA they will release, even if GTA 3 still resembles in me, but it was just sweet memories of the past, in which there wasn't that many sandbox games.

Blackout definitely got me interested again in the COD, but not in a way "Take my money" but more like, if they will have Blackout available as a separate purchase, I will get it

It's never late to hop on the train and play original RDR, just keep in mind that this is old game, although if you have OneX it should look even better.
