@santinegrete: you must be joking, horror games and horror movies is pretty much all that they make nowadays... its one of the most popular genres for some reason.
MMO from Funcom... no thanks... Another game that ruins significant IP... After that piddle of a strategy game called 'Spice Wars,' now MMO...? I assume it's all about selling IP rights today, and who cares what the game is like... Why make a decent open world RPG, if you can make an average MMO and milk players on microtransactions, while handing out the bones of mmo basics for hungry gawking gamers, who just thirst for another average game.
So much for the modern Dune games. Unless they make it like Conan Exiles where I can play on my own server, this MMO can go................. play itself.
The state of blissful ignorance... Never having read the Silmarillion before, I am looking forward to this experience. In September, you may expect to find me in a recliner.
I dunno about 'Too Human' being bad. It was released 14 years ago and I would still play it from time to time if I had Xbox. It just scratched my itch somehow. One of those games that apparently is considered 'bad' while some people really liked them. It was grindy, but I didn't mind to go and grind for elite armor, the combat was quite engaging, the sliding, the attacks, the setting was interesting, semigods, angel would rez you... it just felt right... to me at least. Myself and a few thousand other 'weirdos' on forums did complain to devs that the drop rate was ridiculously low, on which they did patch it, but overall the game provided good many hours of fun, at least for me and those few thousand other 'weirdos' like myself, since they stuck around for probably longer they I have. I wish they ported it to PC, but they never did unfortunately.
