@ tygraph there are plenty of console games that suffer from framerate drops when theres alot of stuff going on screen. and also lets not forget that when these consoles launched they were using mid range computer components. except of course the ps3 but it also cost 600 dollars at launch. game makers have to work very hard at squeezing out all the performance they can out of consoles, with the pc all they have to do is use the same engine theyve been using all along and itl look amazing because they can crank the anti-aliasing up along with resolution and other graphics options based on everyone's graphics card. ive been using the same components in my pc that i built 2 years ago and it still runs all graphics options pumped up. and if you need any more proof just look at crysis and crysis 2 being played on a good pc. bet your console cant handle that.
"(the Allies were a slower, stronger faction, while the Soviets were quicker but not as well-suited for longer sieges)" ummmmmm i think its the other way around they might have it confused with gdi and nod
ok theres one thing the people that want i7 comparison need to know. i7 IS THE BEST it is but its waaaaaaay too expensive for me i like amd and thier line of processors and im usin a 9850 right now im happy with it. would i have gone with an intel processor? Yes if i had the money. not enough money=only fantasies about getting an i7 in my rig so im runnin amd for life. im gonna upgrade to 940 in a couple weeks neway and will keep on amds processors either until they die(not likely) or until i get a raise and get a nice i7 gaming rig
"Tiger626516 Wow to think a company thats been around for about 20 years is still making money. Mainly due to the DS thats very popular and still hard to find on shelf's. PSP is trying to catch up but is gaining momentum. Wii mainly due to the price and new technology is outselling PS3 and X360 combined. PS3 loosing mainly due to high price and X360 well they just trying to figure out what to do still." 20... try over 100 years nintendo has made more than game in thier life but just stopped making toys n cards n just stuck with making games now as this article explains very clearly that was a very smart move on nintendo's part
wow... its smaller... and has tv output... i really dont care about ne of tht cuz i wont buy a new one unless the i have right now craps out just like the ds lite this i only bought a lite cuz it was my first time buyin it now if they had sum internal memory like a ipod or sumthing and not have to use mem sticks as often then maybe id get it but since its just smaller and has tv output WITH A HIGHER PRICE im not even gonna get it even if the one i have dies ill just go to gamestop n buy a ised one
i might not have read tht properly but it looks like the only thing other than look or feel is the tv output... i dont play my psp often enough to want to play it on my tv or any umd movies for that matter all i have to do is buy the dvd i wont be buying this ne time soon unless they come out with pspslim exclusive games then i might cave in n buy one but im not leaving my old tank of a psp for this sportscar-esque psp
man i love the fact that nintendo aka the underdog of the big three can cause so many problems for sony and mircrosoft by making a system with a remote as a controller n really low graphics for just 249. whoever said nintendo is going to fade away into obscurity is defintely mistaken nintendo is here to stay
