I think there is some truth in this. After you have trained your brain to react faster to what your eyes see, the reflexes in your hands could be faster than someone who doesn't practice hand - eye cooridnation.
Blizzard has always made games that could be played on a PC that is a few years old. It's brilliant, they can sell more games, because the extreme gamers want it and the casual gamers want it.
I think Blizzard is NEEDED by the PC gaming industry. All the people that upgraded their PCs so they could play C&C3 or Supreme Commander will probably be able to play Starcraft 2 when it comes out in a year or so. It allows them to have a bigger market. Gameplay is the key, not graphics, there will always be gaming companies that are focused on graphics. Thank You Bilzzard for keeping gameplay your top priority!
