Yep should be. I went with the tower and never had any missing stuff (I used most of the storage spaces and even just left some stuff scattered around outside).

Get the pack that includes Bloodmoon.  Werewolves :twisted:

Finding your way around is harder than Oblivion due to lack of quest indicators pointing you to what to do.  I remember getting lost and not being able to complete some of the minor quests due to not being able to find the cave north of the (insert area).  Attacking is also stat based but I found the ending better than Oblivion.
