Sorry for bumping an old thread but just thought I'd get my opinion out.

Personally as someone who bought CS Extend twice (once on Vita and PS3) I can say the game plays better and the anime art defiently looks bette on the smaller OLED screen IMO. Storywise it continues right off where Clamity Trigger ended and offers about a 2 hour recap of the first game (if you need your memory refreshed). It's really good and one of the main reasons I enjoy Blazblue so much.

The new game that was just anounced is the last game in the planned trilogy. So I'd just say pick it up just for story sake.

I skipped the first 3DS because I wasn't really impressed with it and had lots of issues so I stuck with my DSi. But once I heard...

  • Bigger Screens
  • Improved Battery
  • Imporved 3D effects and no it longer makes my eyes bleed
  • VERY attractive $200 price tag

..I was sold because it solved my biggest issues with the first model. Also it'd be nice to have both this and the Vita in my pocket in case one gives out.

Actually Vita sales have been up for the past month and Sony said they expected only about 2.5 million to sell so far (which it has). Also they've said digital software sales have been good, just remember only retail copys are tracked, not digital. So I don't see them dropping the price anytime soon for the Vita since it's been preforiming to their expectations.

PSP games I wouldn't mind playing- LocoRoco games, Jeanne d'arc, FF4 complete collection, tactics ogre, Final fantasy tactics.

PSone games- final fantasy 7 and tactics (if not a psp verison), crash bandicoot, syphon filter, but I guess we won't know those yet.

LocoRoco 1 &2 are on there, so is FF4 complete, tactis ogre (currently playing though myself), and FF tactics. Dunno about Jeanne d'arc and can't check since PSN is down today D:

It's unclear whether all of the current PSOne Classics will be available for the Vita once they are added to the marketplace, but FF7 and Tomb Raider were two games that were mentioned at the E3 briefing. I think we'll eventually see all of them on there if not at PSOne Vita marketplace launch.

There are a lot of PSP games available for download. I would say all of them are there, but I don't know if that's true. It probably isn't. But a lot of them are. Which games are you interested in? I could tell you if they are there I guess.

I don't think that every PSP game is on there quite yet *looks at VC2 sitting on shelf* and some you can just do the PS3 to Vita transfer trick like MGSPW because they're not on the Vita store yet for some weird reason.

From what I saw in an interview a month back they'd only be releaseing twenty-something PSone classics at launch due to them needed to be tested and approved for the emulation and whatnot (just like the PSP games). If you want a link I can do a little digging for it.

Valkyria Chronicles.Spinnerweb

Pretty much this right here.

I'd also like to see some Infamous action on the Vita as well.

I remember a little while back that there was a domain listing for a GTA: Liberty City Nights for the Vita. Not sure if it was accurate but in the mean time also check out Vice City Stroies which got on PSN yesterday for $20

Been looking for a good horror title for my Vita (or PSP) and heard about this one. Is this one any scary or is it just another atmospheric but non-scary game?

For the PSone game I'm not quite sure since PS1 classics should be out around August-September. So I can't comment on that.

As for the PSP games I can reccomend Persona 3 Portable, DJ MAX Portable 3 (if you can deal with K-Pop), Disgaea 1 & 2, and plenty of other games. I also believe they released both PSP GTA's on the marketplace too recently. I can also recommend some Vita games if your interested.
