RollerCoaster Tycoon 3
Excellent sim game with awesome physics modeling. Fortunately, the v2 patch seems to have eliminated the bugs.

Very impressive era specific strategy game. One of those games that will keep you up all night...for days on end.

The Sims2 is the Sims1, refreshed, revamped, revitalized, in greater detail, and with a bunch of new features. Awsome.
