Ubuntu (the best desktop distribution of GNU/Linux) is way better than Vista. I've been laughing at those who say that the thubmnails and 3d Desktop is new..... it's already available in linux ( Beryl is perfect ^_^) XGL and other technologies. yeah you are right ZaMmAel...... cuz M$ charges people who want to play online....but sony doesn't good reason to buy a ps3 moreover, if you have a PC and a PS3 as ZaMmAel said, you will NOT miss any title .
