Single Player is the only option for some, as I don't have a internet connection fast enough to play multiplayer and there is nothing that can be done about that.

As the telecomunications structure within my area can not support a fast enough connection.

Playing multiplayer has it's frustrations and there is little suitable team work within the environment, after having been served with the armed forces and team work is the only option to staying alive.
