They all look the same to me. Seems to be just a gimmick by video card manufacturers to get you to overpay for their products. What idiot would be stupid enough to fall for this?
Poor Sony fanboys. Missing all the fun. They bought the wrong system, and instead of owning up to it, they say ratcheting up points is stupid. Sure, it's stupid, but so is gaming. That's all gaming is: ratcheting up points of one type or another. If you discount this, you discount gaming in general. After all, that's what made Pong, Space Invaders, Donkey Kong, and all other games great. To see who could get the highest score. Sony and even Nintendo seem to have forgotten this. Microsoft has not.
Nintendo appears to be becoming a great believer in the adage that gameplay is everything, graphics - nothing. The graphics for the Wii are gonna suck. If gameplay is so important, how come we're all not still playing Pac-Man or Space Invaders after school every day. They had some of the best gameplay ever. Believe it or not, graphics are important. People like their games to look good. They buy new systems because they want better graphics not because they want something new. What's with all this "Want something new" crap? Who are all these people who want something new? They aren't real gamers - just posers. I've been playing video games for 30 years, since I first played Pong in 1977. I don't want anything new. I just want it to look better!!! Nintendo better smarten up and get with the times, or they'll be left even further in the dust.
Some idiots (like mgsseries4life) will probably pay anything for the PS3. Most responsible adults, however, realize that money does not grow on trees and will have to decide whether the substantially higher cost justifies the limited number of improvements the PS3 offers over the 360.
