Sounds like your DVD drive is going out. Buy a new disc drive off ebay or something and replace it yourself. It's easy, just look online for instructions.ironwarrior2

OK, my xbox360 is breaking.The disk drive makes weird noises and none of my games read. the only problem is that this happens on and off. so i have to decide what i should to do; should i send my xbox in,pay 100 dollars, and risk sending them a none broken xbox (because it only not works some of the time) and possibly waste 100 dollars.should i shell out 200$ for an arcade 360? Or should i purposely RRoD it and get it fixed free. please i need some help, I'm not sure what to do....
