the best bandwidth monitor i've found is this and it's free:

however, i don't think that is what you need. you need bandwidth monitoring from within the router itself. you can do this with Tomato firmware..if your router supports it.
i have my antivirus disabled all the time...but i'm a pro and i know what to scan. it probably is better to have it off while gaming because it won't be using resources to monitor your game files. but if you disable it, you should know what you're doing..so you don't end up with a virus.
totally disagree. even with a router a firewall is important. and all outbound should not be accepted. i use a router and i still use comodo. i stopped a trojan that windows firewall wouldn't have stopped. i ran a program that i didn't think needed to connect to the internet, but i let it anyway... then it said another program b.exe was trying to connect to my computer. i was able to stop it with comodo. later i found out it was a trojan. you are giving bad advice here.
I always disliked the Apple Mice, because in order to right click, you had to lift up your left finger from the mouse. I messed around with the Magic Mouse at the local Apple Store and it was the same, so I guess its just not for me.XRED_0
