Well if quantum computing ever works then that will replace anything we currently have. My friend is a physicist and apparently a quantum computer the size of a house would pump out as much processing power as all the current computer in the world put together currently...cant be 100% that true but hes a damn smart chap.

a quantum computer of any size would have infinite power.... the theory of a quantum computer is that when it get's the answer, it sends the answer back in time to it's past self, so anything you ask it you get the answer instantaneously. lol you sure about this?
try running firefox in safe mode...or create a new firefox profile firefox is great..there must be some strange thing wrong in your case. firefox and all its addons is no match for chrome. besides, firefox is gonna have multiple processes too. and firefox never even crashes for me anyway
Always best to wait, read reviews etc. Never pre-order something that is untested in the big wide world.
I'm really sorry to say that yes, I think it was a mistake buying this. However, if the new NVidia cards don't measure up, it will have been a small(er) mistake... Here's hoping eh? :)

True but the HD4870 beats the gtx 260 and the HD4870 is better in price so id choose the HD4870
