the charge kit i got came with no instructions, and yea i knew the light could only be green but i figured the light may blink or turn off when charged fully or something. Before this charge kit i owned 2 microsoft charge kits they both broke on me eventually.

I just purchased this cheap xbox 360 charge kit where the power wire from the usb plugs right into the charger battery pack, my question is when do I know when this battery is done charging? Because the light on the back has lit up green for me when i first got it, i left it charging for several hours it still just had a solid green light so i was like mabye it came charged and started playing with it, till days later the battery started running out so i plug in the charge wire and the battery still is just green, then after 22 hours of charging its still just green. I just figured the light would do something else once empy or charged, so is it that i have yet to fully charge this battery or somthing?
Here is a link to the one i got

its my understanding that you can take a HDMI source and display it to vga analog but you cant take a vga source and display it to HDMI(at least without a big converter box which isnt a option)in my case its the first so id think it would work. Also the second adapter the DVI-D to VGA makes me think its possible because DVI-D is a digital only version of DVI unlike DVI-I which is both, so why would they make a DVI-D to VGA adapter which essentially means Digital to anlalog adapter if it didnt work?
I have a hdmi port on my computer can I plug a male hdmi to female dvi adapter into that then a male dvi to female vga adapter into that with a male vga cable connected to that, which is connected to a monitor and it still work?
if it didnt have it already applied and they gave me a bottle to do myself should i apply to the heatsink bottom or the top of the CPU? also i got another question for ya my motherboard is a AM2+ but its my understanding that you can use a AM3 CPU in a AM2+ board would threre be a problems i could encounter if i get a AM3 cpu? I did hear i may have to update my boards bios how exactly do u do that?
k cool so its normal for a packaged CPU to come with paste on the heatsink? and if it has paste on the heatsink you dont need to add a layer on the CPU itself do you, or does that come pasted too?
Im thinking of getting a new CPU for my pc a Phenom II X4 3.0Ghz, although I have installed just about everything else in a pc before iv never actaully had to change a CPU except a very old one years ago so i dont have much experience at it. My question first is if anyone can direct me to a nice online guide to installing a AM2+ processor or such whether it be text or video form. Second is a question about thermal paste. I heard retail CPUs come pre pasted with the thermal paste. So lets say i order one from newegg.com would it come with paste on it already? thanks
