I suppose I can see how it could be classed hard in the sense of initial play throughs, but the amount of lives you have is crazy and they're cheap as chips at the shop so getting through the levels eventually is pretty easy. Usually I get through a world in about an hour, on world 6 now
Don't wanna sound like a nob or anything but I've been finding the game incredibly easy :( Upto world 6 so far and aint had much chance to play it, but with the coins everywhere and lives costing pennies in the shop plus infinite continues, they're making it very easy. I lost a ton of lives on the mine cart world, but just bought em all back easy enough

When I got a gamecube, I didn't think, hmmm, wish this was a snes control as I was more used to that, or an N64 one for that matter, no I played with what was on offer. The new generation and they now offer more choice so I will choose what the hell I like to play games with, I shall not be told which way is better as I simply do not agree and since I have owned consoles since 1980, I think I am more qualified than you to come to this decision as above you have clearly used the fact you have owned a wii since 2006 to mean that you obviously know more. Let me ask you Mr I know more about the wii? How many have you disassembled? How many have you repaired from a black screen brick? How many wiimotes that wouldn't sync have you fixed? I guess since I have taken apart a good few hundred you could again class me as more experienced. One of the reasons I personally dislike motion controls is like a lot of older gamers, I'm a stoner, the last thing you wanna do after a toke is start swinging your body around, you just want to have a pad in hand and get playing some games. If you want to use a wiimote, use a wiimote, if you want to use a classic control, use a classic control. Grow the hell up. You now have two options, either accept that you are wrong for everybody but right for yourself, you prefer the wiimote but can understand that a lot of other people simply disagree with you and you are not a better person because of this, you are all equal and they are just as right as you as that is what they prefer. There is some hugely bad advice on these forums. Why do people who don't have a clue create a topic just because of a coincidence, this is how rumours get started. All COD's on Wii are demanding on the laser, demanding in the sense it will move back and forth a lot and be noisy due to it. That is not killing your laser, lasers just die over time and on games which are demanding it will be more obvious as there is more being read to error on. Cleaning your laser aswell is as good as hitting the top of the thing, if the laser is kicking out a less powerful beam, then it'll be **** no matter how clean or dity it is, lasers burn out, they don't just get dirty. Replacing your laser will solve any issues you have, the game will still be noisy, as said, lots of data needed quickly hence fast moving laser to get to different parts of disc quickly. But your disc read errors will most likely disappear. I've changed plenty of lasers on different wii's, believe me, its not the game
