Number 7 is....

Kyoko Kirisaki!!!

Kyoko is from the anime/manga Black Cat.

She has an energetic attitude and talks in the third person at times.

She has the ability to control her body heat and people around her as well.

Using her powers she ussually shoots out fireballs at her foes to burn them up.

Her favorite technique involves making out with her opponent (only if their good looking) and thenlighting them on firefrom the inside.

She starts on the bad guy's side but turns to the good guys later on.

You can either love kyoko...or she'll burn you! :P

Her attitude, powers, and looks got her to be #7 on my countdown :D
