OK so first the next fave character is...

Yachiru Kusajishi!!!

Yachiru is from the show BLEACH.

She is a leutenint of squad 11 and is very goofy.

Yachiru's attitude is much like a little kid and hangs around on kenpachi's back.

Kenpachi is one of the most feared soul reapers in the soul society but yachiru rides on his back and calls him kenny.

She loves it when kenny is happy (when hes fighting someone strong.)

At one point in the series she is watcheing kenpachi fight ichigo and she is interupted from watching the battle and she sort of flips out...
