With the anticipated release of Metal Gear Solid 4, for like I don't know 2 to 3 years now, was it really worth the wait... short answer HELL YA! So running home in the rain on Thursday I pop this baby into my PS3 and wept, yes I cried, as I witnessed the end of the game in the intro screen, as i let the intro play, you witness Snake, take out his pistol and put it in his mouth, the camera pans away at the sight of the inevitable.

Playing through the game, ou really get a feel for the controls, right off the bat, a sort of mastered redisigned splinter-cell / metal gear feel. The mood is more war like than any other MG made in previous years, which makes the game pretty fricken exciting. Like always I started on the hardest difficulty, cause if you ain't playing BIG BOSS TOUGH then you ain't playing!, and I was surprise at how good the AI is. Backup Paramilitary really helps you run through the first section and was a great touch, really adds excitement to an already exciting edge of your seat kinda game, but enough blowing smoke up this **** dress! God knows every game review site on this PLANET is already doing that, GET THE GAME, cause you aint lived till you experienced MG 4, and just to let anyone who has'nt tried it yet, the answer to the question DO I GET SPECIAL ITEMS IF I DEFEAT THE BOSSES WITH THE TRANK GUN? is YES, the give you their faces in the form of masks! at least the first one does!
