Well I'm finally going to purchase a PS Vita after a long wait and a good price drop, now I got a lot of questions and if someone can help me out, that'd be great :)
1. Do I need a memory card? If so how big? I'm thinking 4 GB, since I don't plan on using the store since I have my PS3 to help me with that and don't care much about the PSN games...unless it's something that does interest me
2. When I purchase the games (plan on buying the retail ones from Gamestop) do I need to install any of them? Like the PS3 where I need to install each game before playing to have Game Data? (BOLD for IMPORTANT QUESTION) Or do I simply just put the game in and I can play it immediately :)
3. Is the touch screen easy to use?
4. How's the battery life?
5. Is there a good selection of games coming out? I really want to buy a Vita, and the last thing I want to have is not enough games to have and play with.
6. What kind of "apps" can I use on the Vita?
7. Is there really any difference between the 3G and WiFi model? I want the WiFi model :P
Well I think that's it, thanks everyone :) The question I bolded once again is a VERY important question for me.
Man I got a lot of these games especially for PS2, there's so many of these games that I love playing but they're such pieces of junk that your crazy if you like them.
Mine are:
Spy Hunter - PS2, I actually love this game a lot, the controls feel clunky, but it's actually a lot of fun, plus I love the remastered Peter Gunn Theme song.
State of Emergency - PS2, another one of these games where your like Wow, this is a game? I love just going in the mall level :P
True Crime series, crappy controls, but probably a game that has so much story, that it makes you want to play all the time
Terminator Rise of the Machines, clearly the worst game ever made for PS2, but it's actually a lot of fun, plus it has nice cheat codes and weapons
Sqoon, NES, this game is random fun, just play it :P
Superman 64, before you make a comment, let me just say, I actually like this game, sure the controls are bad, but you know what? it's fun, plus the flying through rings part isn't that hard if you ever played Banjo Tooie and tried to defeat that balloon dragon character while aiming at little patches and using grenade eggs, so I do have some experience there :P
Sounds good :DBlue-Backs won't strain the console... In my experience, however, the BB laser is the one to start going wonky first... It just means that that particular laser is out of alignment or on it's way to burnt, 9 times out of 10. But no, they won't harm or otherwise muck up your machine, Rusty.
