@bulldog49 I think the reason this happens is because they don't have internet at home so they have to go to internet cafes. So they want to get the most for their money and stay a really long time. Perhaps they buy an unlimited ticket and they don't want to leave or else they would have to pay again.

If they had Internet at home then they would not have to worry about paying each time they wanted to play.
