To be a bit more helpful than that... WiC has the game on one screen and the Mega-Map on the other. That allows you to see the entire battlefield on the other screen in real time and help move your deployment zone on the fly, to adjust to the changing fronts.

Might want to rethink the name, as there's already a product out there called a NDS Evolution.

All I want is more info on my two games: Front Mission DS and Warhammer 40k: Squad Command.

Since I'm new to the DS realm, what's would SSB be?

Just to jab again at console kiddies sorry if you can't afford a 17" WS laptop that supports a numpad and seperate arrow keys. And I'd glady pay the "convience fee" (read: expensive laptop) of not having to deal with cables and lugging a box, controller, games, and a screen for my console and if no one else has one, play wicked 2 on 2 team death match on the same TV in the family room, lol. I can go anywhere any time and get on a network in a home and play anyone in the house and anyone on the net (for free!!).

Ahh, just had to get that outta my system. I'm hoping not to check back in this thread after this. Once I get that syrup in me, it gets me all antsy in the pantsy. haha

Halo was highly touted because it brought back the LAN party. Flame away PC fanboys, but how many PC LAN parties happen any more? They require tons of planning and a desktop for everyone. All you need for Halo is a XBox, the game, and a TV for each group. There's nothing like yelling at your opponents and strategizing with friends in the same room as you. The story was good and it was a good console FPS back in the day, but it's system link that allowed the games to become so popular. It brought the LAN party to the masses.GTZ2k3

Dedicated PC fan boys have always held LANs. And if anything made them "more popular" it's the laptop. My friends and I hold LANs every couple months and half the ppl bring laptops, except those that live at the house, and me, who carries around my god forsaken full tower, cause I spent all my money on that rig, instead of a laptop, lol.

I was soooo hyped about Halo when it was gunna come out on the PC... the first time. I got a 10 minute demo video from PC-Gamer and it blew my mind. Graphics were smooth (for the time) and the action was awesome and AI looked smart. I got the prequel book that explained what the Spartans were and it kept me excited. Then, it disappeared... It was going to be an Xbox exclusive. It took another year to come out from the last time i saw anything about it. It the interim, other games came out that were just as good, or games were being demoed at the time that were even better like Max Payne. So By the time it came out, there was better. It just blew away console kids cause there had never been anything like it before for them, and for that I'm truly sorry, haha. That's why I don't think it's "the uber" but it was good for what it was, at the time.
