GTA IV is GREAT, but it's on both consoles.
1. Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots [along w/ Metal Gear Online] - 2008
2. Final Fantasy 13 - 2009
3. Final Fantasy versus Final Fantasy 13 - 2009
4. Killzone 2 - 2008
5. Gran Turismo 5 - 2008
6. Haze - 2008
7. Little Big Planet - 2008
8. God of War 3 - 2009
9. Resistance 2 - 2008
10. Tekken 6
I personally think in 2008 the game that will help push the sales of the PS3 is MGS4 and in 2009 the game that would push the PS3 is Final Fantasy 13.
Thanks everyone... All your posts help alot

In your opinion which of the hardware, software and electronic review sites have the most accurate information?

To be honest, they need to start giving them out again. What's the point of there being a 10 if a 9.5 is the highest they'll go anymore? 9.5 is the new 10 now. *shrugs*JustPlainLucas
On Gamespot the highest score i saw for a game was GTA: San Andreas [9.6] and Gears of War [9.6]
Halo 3 only got a 9.5. Is Gamespot more stricked these days?
*If Money and time were not an issue*
First Question: With the new technology [PS3, Xbox 360, PC] we have now is it possible for a game developer to make a game with the highest quality without losing any game quality? And if so how can they achieve this?
Example:
- Great game play [story, game features, physics]?
- Great graphics [looks almost like real]?
- Fun to play?
- Great online play?
- Highest frame per second [60fps] and TV Resolution support [1080p]?
*Please explain your answer and also please provide your source of information*
I asked this question because some games can run at 60fps and have truly amazing graphics, but the rest of the game quality isn't all that great and some games only run at 30fps, but have great game features.
Second Question: Which game developing company would have the best chance to achieve this:
- Rockstar North?
- Kojima Productions?
- Bungie Software?
- Epic Games?
- 2K Games?
Thanks everyone :)
A couple of days agao i was reading through the business section of my newspaper and it talked about how big business's can't really do anything without the board of directors and shareholders say. That made me think Sony won't be able to drop it's price soon because of Sony shareholders. Once the shareholders make their profit then i think it gives Sony freedom to drop another $100 or $200 of the PS3.
