I am a man of figuring things out. And so I will help out on this debate.
Map: Whoever played True Crime New York City or The Godfather will know that even though TC NYC was crap and Godfather was mediocre, NYC will be huge. Cmon, Liberty City looks like NYC thats how I made my comparisons. And think, it took a long while to get across the places in the two earlier mentioned games. With plenty to do along the way. And though San Andreas may have land mass, GTA 4 will be close enough to be a big game.
Gameplay: We dont know about it, who does? We've seen the trailers by now, and we saw what we saw. GTA 4 has many animation improvements. Like in Trailer 2, when the guy was getting mugged in the park, or Niko was hanging from various vehicles, or checking his vehicle mirrors. We saw, but we won't know how easy or fun it will be to control.
Graphics: GTA 4 looks amazing, and those of you who say it looks a little bad. Keep in mind the game isnt finished. The graphics arent fully complete, but they still looking realistic and amazing.
Sound: Well although i'm not sure, the voice acting was well done for all the GTA games, so we should expect no less from GTA 4. Gunshots too, and the radio, it was all good, if you didnt like one song, you're bound to find another on the various stations of each game.
Comedy: GTA Always had and always will have comedy in the game. Like the easter eggs, various billboards and advertisements and even the missions and characters. Weapons too, you remember the secret weapon in the police statins in VC and SA.
So in my rundown, even I found that GTA 4, if not best in series, will still be amazing. And millions will definitely enjoy it.

Who on this site is gonna use all of Xbox 360 elites gigs, 120 is way over board, you could basically download all the demos on marketplace twice and still have room left over, who needs that? I think PS3 hit it with 40-60 gigs.

Wii is interesting with the controls, but the gaming is notheing compared to 360s new releases, BUT xbox will not match up to PS3's graphics, dual-core processor, bluray player, sexy look, and the fact that it had the PS2 in its tracking, makes it all the sweeter. All of these systems are interestingly equal.
