@Megamoss1984 "It's always puzzled me why sex and sexual imagery are always deemed much more offensive than death and violence."

Good point. The reason is very much linked to the American culture. We have little problems w/ extreme violence, but sex scares the hell out of us. In Germany, the results are the opposite. There they'd be screaming more about the violence, and the breasts would never get mention. Yes, it's insane and the reason comedians like George Carlin have said, "It's all bullshit folks, and it's bad for ya." That is, the fake concern and twisted morality is bad, not the gaming.

I'm with Tsluss overall. I do not own either system, but run a PC build and repair company and have been a gamer for decades. With me you're bound to get a non-biased opinion, as well as an experienced one. Right off, I can say that the game being played creates more discrepancy than the systems. With Fallout, the slight graphic superiority goes to the 360; but I mean slight. I've been dealing with Gfx cards, settings, and overclocking for ages, so I can say that the difference between the two systems for Fallout 3 is so mininal as to be meaningless. I feel the same can be said for the other games previewed, but in Soulcalabre the graphics advantage, however slight, goes to PS3. The biggest difference is in the lighting, e.g., the 360 presents a brighter image, whereas of course, the PS3 is a little darker. This is meaningless because changing your TV settings can overcome this discrepancy. What is more, some people prefer a lighter image (probably the result of biological parameters, i.e, visual receptors, near/far sightedness, etc.) and others, like myself, perfer darker images generally; it also depends on the type of game. In the end, a gamer should pick the console that has the games they want to play. I'm serious when I say that there is no reason to pick the 360 over the PS3, or visa versa, because of differences in graphic detail---the difference is so minute, that the TV you are using will make a bigger difference than the sytems ever will. The same can be said for the specific game being used. I hoped this helped anyone in the middle of a existential-gaming dilemma. Again, if you own a 360 or a PS3 you have an amazing gaming machine and it's really up to you, the gamer, to make as much of it as you can. Game your hearts out!!!!
