Thanks for suggestions, but condenser mics sound expensive.
can I ask if anyone knows 1. what mics should honestly just work, and 2. what mic you use? (if it's not expensive?)

I know I can get a mic boom or an expensive one but I don't think I need or want an expensive mic.
People I know don't necessarily have this issue and don't need an expensive microphone.
I don't think OP needed to paste the whole of the article.
Anti-islamic sentiment is not likely growing as for population but is moving in two ways:
1. Extremism, as in each member who has virulently anti-Islamic sentiments as expanding and radicalizing ideologies, driving mentally unsound retards like said shooter to go and shoot up a Church
2. Knowledge for how to publicize
Do not make the mistake of conflating different variables and causes and beliefs. This is the goal of these shooters. Their goals is to mislead. This specific shooter has the intelligence and objective of broadcasting on social media, played the media well (his shooting was well-publicized because this type of news is very lucrative to discuss). News stations have an easy time broadcasting his webcam footage and make viewers drool because they suck dicks and eat bricks for breakfast and would rather mislead people than hold back sometimes on these shootings. But hey, can you blame them for not taking free viewership and money? (I do.)
The shooter deserves his shooters' credit for knowing how to spend his life, which is to launch a successful and public attack on a church, shooting innocent people, but what should not have happened was how retard fuckwads help this homicidal asshole achieve and fulfill his death wish by talking about this more than it should be talked about, or at least misinterpreting things. Responses like OP's response are a part of this shooter's objectives.
Analogously, in the USA you are sort of more likely to die from bringing a toaster to bubble bath with you (no, I don't mean this literally) than terrorism, and the fact that these fears are reversed and do not reflect reality goes to reflect the success of terrorism and why terrorists commit terrorism, despite that it itself does very little damage.
>Oh, I didn't see he was apprehended alive. That's too bad. But you still know what I mean, there are many other shooters who are shot dead.
Do you see this assassination? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Assassination_of_Andrei_Karlov
If you look up pictures, it looks like a scene from a bond movie. This is no mistake. The shooter may not have plotted the frame of the picture but there is no mistake that the cameras are rolling. The guy didn't finish eat a sandwitch, pass by the art gallery on a casual stroll, see it's the Russian ambassador and decide to whip out his pistol.
I've gotten two mics already for my gaming PC and the issues have been really, really, really, really frustrating.
Fyi I also have a gaming keyboard (Blackwidow with green switches) so it's loud as goddamn for my friends, and I try to find ways to reduce my typing volume. Because sometimes if my settings are bad (ie gain or output volume) it will earrape everyone.
This is my first one I tried. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07BDFP6XC/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o09_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Everyone said I was REALLY REALLY soft. I boosted WindowsX gain to +20 but that wouldn't work well. It would boost the noise really hard and quality was actually unlistenable. Boosting to max in discord did NOT do enough. I DO NOT know why the hell that happened.
So I got a cheap crap webcam mic. Not exactly what's linked, but basically the same. https://www.mway.company/HD-USB-Webcam,M_Way-HD-720P-Rotatable-PC-Computer-Camera-Video-Calling-and-Recording-with-Noise-canceling-Mic,Clip-on-Style-For-Desktop-Laptop-Network-Skype-p-7.html
Ok so at least people can hear me, but if I start typing hard people sort of get earraped. It's not that bad now, but if I listen to myself I can see how it is really annoying if my settings are off. I have to set my mic below my desk (so my keyboard is above the desk and thus quieter), but what's irritating is that its range of pickup isn't that great. If I lean back real hard I get really soft again on mic.
No one else I know has these many issues. What the heck. Please tell me what I need. Is it my software or drivers? I doubt I'm missing proper audio driver or software. Why is my damned laptop mic even better than these two things I bought for my PC?
I'm sure everyone can see why this is so frustrating with me
I looked up monitor OCing and all I know for certain is that it will ultimately screw with your colors at the least.
You are probably wrong to say that it looks 'better'. That seems really unlikely, and doesn't make sense why that would happen. It's possible you like the new colors better, sort of when people fiddle with gamma, and maybe it's nice that it fits your personal taste, but not beyond that. As long as your monitor doesn't die you can sit with it OC'd, but know that it has downsides.
Sorry. Not a BF vet, but a BF3 vet for sure. Got to mid 30s colonel or so and I don't believe I ever played a better multiplayer since or ever.
So maybe I don't know, but I always felt that BF was the opposite of Cod. I get it, you're right that it's maybe more runny gunny than a non hp-regening game, but it's definitely a formula that creates a damn good game. It's solid, that's for sure. CoD is just braindead by comparison (well, to pretty much any other game to be honest). Battlefield 3 definitely has really intense and deep firefights and 1-on-1 skirmishes. There are many ways you can kill someone and each gunfight... sort of... has some technique I would even venture to say. You know, such as you have the choice of jogging around with a pistol if you want, and that's a nicely creative side. Or kill someone with a blowtorch. (Although yes that's hard)
And BFV is probably not a flop, or at least I hope not. I only haven't bought the game because I have my hands full, it's finals week, and I feel bad for not getting it because the game really really looks excellent.
Ooh.. Under 250.
I know it's hard shelling out lots for a monitor especially after you already spent like... let's say 150-300 on a gpu.
But just remember that monitors hold their values over time fairly well, and a monitor is really not the thing that's going to need replacing ever. That and it's what you're looking at.
Obviously... Halo 2 Mjolnir Mix.. Or any other Halo song.
How has this been mentioned only once? Is it too classic?
