So your saying because it doesn't affect you that nothing should be done about it. It's just a pointless cause. Why because you say it's so ? This is the reason this website has had these issues. Nobody is saying that Trolling can't be stopped but, overall it's should be controlled. Opinions are one thing Trolling / Harrasing are another. I think that is the point we are trying to make weather you agree or not. Same can be said about the Trolls on the forums all over the internet. I mean really are you saying just because we can ignore it that that behavior should be allowed? I mean I know damn well some of them would never say that crap to peoples face. It's a strange world we live in now that you can hide behind anonymity and spurt racial slurs, sexual innuendos, down right disruptive posting that has nothing to do with the article at hand. There was a point when this stuff wasn't allowed on Gamespot. Then it changed and took 180 degree turn on there rules. I do understand that the Moderators got a little out of hand but, not to the point where some things should be tolerated. As the Mod said to me I should just go somewhere else. "How Professional Gamespot". I may just do that and never return nor recommend this site to anyone as long as this type of attitude continues with Gamespot's moderators.

I think the problem is that Gamespot has changed the way they did things. They go from one extreme to another. Ironic since most of the stuff I got modded for before in the past is now allowed and then some. WTF ? Best part is when I ask a Mod why is this behavior is allowed they just tell me to ignore and move oon. I basiclly told them I am glad to know tha Gamespot has lowered it standards to the point of harrassment. Then the Mod had the nereve to tell me in a nice way "you don't like it leave". How professional is that crap. Good way to keep the people comming to the site. makes me want to recommend this site to others for there reviews etc. "NOT" Goes to show how much this site has changed.

Here is the deal you can pay the $50 an year that works out to be a few bucks a month. You are pretty much paying for the voice chat /friends list/ gamer card "achievments" / Download clients fordemos/DLC/movies etc.severs through MS and client to connect all games not just one for the Xbox 360 & Xbox. So let take into account how all the other free services like PSN. How stable is there network ?How easy is it to find games and friends ? I really have never had any problems with using MS Live "also works with some PC games that is very nice when it does". It's really about choice. Pay for it if you want the multiplayer exp on Xbox or not if your not into it. I think it's as simple as it gets.It's about $4.10 a month for the service when you break it down.Hey you can always dish out the Extra cash fora PS3 and get free online play for less titles then the 360. Even though the PS3 is starting to get more titles.
