I personally think Summerset Isle would be a good choice, possibly with a small section of Valenwood too. It would be cool if it was a kind of elf-uprising against the Thalmor or something, and you have to either defeat the Thalmor or stop the rebellion. I would like to see what Elsweyr and Black marsh are like too.
