It's much better now. I had lost my love here when I started to see much cooler sites and here, gamespot was still the same old. Was waiting for this change. Now I think I will join back in the crew. I don't think most people will lose their cool at this new look. Its much cleaner and simpler. I love it. Still, GS could've added a lot more new features to better the social interactions.

I'm having a small problem. Recently, I purchased a new RAM, a 2GB DDR2 800MHz RAM (Forgot the manufacturer). I tried installing the RAM on my PC. So, I removed the case and put in the RAM and made sure it was tight. Then I tried turning the PC on. The system is already having a 2GB DDR2 RAM. But the problem is that the PC just wouldn't turn ON. I again removed the new RAM and installed it again and tightened it. Again tried turning it ON but nothing appears on the screen. There's power and all the things are turning on (except keyboard). My internal speakers are not working so I can't hear the beep sound too. But the fans are working and all the devices are turning on. I tried connecting the monitor cables and other cables outside the cabinet tightly but still, nothing would appear on the screen. I thought the RAM was faulty and I removed the new one and put back the case and turned it on. But even after removing the new RAM, the condition is the same. The PC wouldn't display anything on the monitor. I'm quite confused here. I don't know what exactly is the problem.

I need to know what may have caused the PC not to start and I need to know some ways to fix this. Please reply ASAP.

I bought a Seagate 500GB External HDD 2 months ago. Everything was working well till yesterday. Today morning, when I turned on the PC, the games and the programmes' icons which were inside the HDD were changed to unknown icons. I never understood the problem. I also have MS Office 2010 Pro inside the HDD. After a thorough research, I found out that the drive letters on the partitions that I created for the External HDD were changed. At first it was G,I,J,K and it changed to I,J,K,M. I then changed the drive letters to the old ones and restarted the PC. Now, the icons are all back but the MS Office was giving out a problem and couldn't open it afterwards. I tried uninstalling but a message came "This program is already uninstalled......" but before I could do anything, the PC just restarted automatically. I tried several times but failed. I'm really worried now. I need the solution to the following problems:

1. What might have caused the re-naming of the HDD? I never unpligged it from my PC nor plugged it in any other ones. Will I be having this problem again? Is there any solution?

2. I tried re-installing MS Office 2010 from the CD and it installed and its all going well now. I didn't try to uninstall it. Will other games and Apps also show the same problem?

Please friends, post what you know and the solution to solve this. Is the HDD damaged?

I recently created a new XBL Account gor GFWL. So, while creating, I gave the country to USA though I'm staying in India. There wasn't any India on the list. I had also gotten a 1600MS points card. So, I need to redeem the code in it. While I'm trying to do that, it just asks me to enter the billing information. But the country is given as USA and I can't change it. So, I need answers on the below questions:

1. Can I change my XBL Region to India? Its says an error like ".....cannot migrate non-adults, currently".
2. If I can't, then is there any way to insert the points to my account?
3. If not, what would I do with the points?

I'm trying with ENB and its a bit more perfect and a slight smooth too. Well, Currently, I can't afford to buy a Quad Core since I already bought the GPU a little while ago. And I'm looking on to AMD for the processor and if I'm switching to AMD, I doubt that I need to change my MB too. Well, AMD is slightly cheaper than Intel especially for tri cores and quad cores. What will you guys say? Do I need to get an AMD + A new MB or get a new Intel CPU?
