The settings the game itself choose are far away from NOT demanding, better change them by yourself. And why dont you check if there is a newer driver for your videocard

It could be dust in your fans or thermal compound may have dried up on your cpu and the fan is working over time to try and keep it cool.

Good news! But that also means i need to upgrade my Motherboard and RAM :( but buying it is worth it for sure!
