Hello all,

After living in the United States for a while, I'm deciding to go overseas.
However, after experiencing the inability to download content while overseas, I was wondering if I was able to purchase a region locked game (ex. Duke Nukem 3D) from the United States and while overseas, download it since I've already purchased it.

Will this work??

I find that extremely hard to believe considering the hardware limitations of both consoles and PCs.
