And this...along with the redesign that happened about a month and a half later...drove the majority of posters that hadn't left from the early days already (such as Diverse, smoothizzle, GeorgeW, and myself) out of GS SW.

The great migration from GS SW to SW.com, SW2, and such began around the beginning of 05...but didn't really set into full effect until the redesign.

I would consider Jan 05-September 05 a completely different period altogether..."The Great Migration"

But this period saw the leaving of a lot of the more well known forumites from the Golden AGes.
