Will my PSP 3000 be worth its money in 2009 ???

With Sony saying it plans to bring my lovely PSP back from the brink (with an injection of games) and with the firmware 5.05 now available in japan via UMD this could be the start of something great ?

With custom firmware slowly destroying the PSPs games caterlog could this new firmware make the PSP more secure......

Lets hope so because 50 million PSP owners cant be wrong !
