6.2.08 - It's June!!! Also--SCC Card Comments

Hey everyone! I can't believe it's June already! At the end of this month...2008 will be half over! Whew...scary. Also--JaxieCracks is helping me get the word out that the TV.com card to the Chapman family will be going out next week. It was going to go out earlier, but I am delaying sending it so that everyone on the site can have a chance to comment and I PROMISE that your comments will be included. I will pay for the card/paper and postage, and after I compile all of the comments, I will take a picture so you guys can see it before I send it. Anyone who has already commented on my previous blogs about the Chapman family--unless your comments were personal to me or something, they will be automatically included in the card, though you are welcome to give me as much or as little as you wish. Also--for safety, only your user name on TV.com will be used unless you specify that you want your name on your comment, and you provide me with that name. It's up to you--whichever way you decide is fine with me. Finally--I know that with or without this card--many of you are praying. I am too, of course. Please do not stop. Steven's manager, Jim Houser, has mentioned that this week has been harder because they are all getting into the "new normal," and it's not a normal they like. Please also remember to pray for Will Franklin especially. Okay, that's it. Comment away! Love ya'll, Always, Kas **EDIT** If you want something private to go in the card but don't want to post it here, you are welcome to PM me your message and I will make sure it gets in. You'll be counted in the number of respondants, but your message will be seen only by me and the Chapmans. Thanks! **EDIT #2** Thanks to Jaxie (who is THE BEST) for getting the news out about the TV.com card on the site. It's the newest editor's blog, check it out here. The plan is to send out the card by Tuesday of next week, which would be June 10th. Please guys--comment. It only takes a minute (or a bit more...if you're long winded, which is quite alright. :)), but it means absolutely the world to the Chapman family. Plus--I really want there to be a great showing for TV.com...especially since the staff is getting involved! So...all that to say that even if you don't know the Chapmans, you can leave a condolence. If nothing else--you can feel sorry for them losing a family member, and probably all of us can relate to that in some way and offer some sort of encouragement. Thanks!
