I just got a new laptop with a I5 2.5 Ghz prossessor and a intel HD 3000 graphics card. Can it run the min. specs?? And does the game require a controller?

I got a new laptop and need to know if the graphics card will work. I5 prossecor @2.5ghz, Intel HD Graphics 3000
