Hi i was wondering if any of you could help me out. Iv recently bought a ps3 and i also bought a component cable for my hdtv. The problem is when i load a game up the screen goes blank, then when it comes back on the games resolution goes from hd to sd. im using a oldish 19inch samsung monitor/tv with no hdmi port. Any help would be appreciated

i love action games like that. gives you fighting, shooting and driving all mixed together. il be buying this when it comes out. gives me a breather of gta 4 lol :P
Hi iv always been intrested what the ps3 has to offer, but i cant understand why the console is so expensive. Just want your opinions on why this is and will the it be worth buying once the price goes down and there is some decent games.
