Actually what is uninspiring about CnC3 is the poor boring gameplay. Im not a big fan of Supreme Commander either. I guess Ill just keep waiting till 2020 for Starcraft 2 to arrive so I can return to great RTS goodness. Until then I just keep playing Rise of Nations and LOTR 2 and keep waiting for a new RTS that gives me everything I want.
I agree with crazy joe you have to catagorize: FPS - Half Life series or the original Deus Ex RTS - Starcraft Turn Based - Civ Series. Im only giving opinions on the genres i know.
